To support this growth, we are building an international remote team and creating our own internal systems to manage recruitment, operations and creator relationships at scale.

About the Role

We are looking for a UGC Creator Sourcing Specialist to help us build a high-quality database of content creators for our applications.

This role is focused entirely on research and sourcing. Your job will be to identify creators on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, evaluate whether they fit our target audience, and add accurate information to our internal CRM.

You will not be responsible for negotiating deals, contacting creators or managing partnerships. Your mission is to find the right creators and organize the information in a clean, structured and scalable way.

Our influencer and UGC strategy depends on having a strong creator database. The quality of the creators you find will directly impact the performance of our marketing campaigns and the growth of our applications.

We are looking for someone who enjoys research, pays attention to details and can work independently while following clear guidelines.
