We are looking for a motivated, friendly and organized UGC & Creator Outreach Specialist to help us build long-term partnerships with creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
No previous experience is required. If you enjoy communicating with people, are eager to learn and want to be part of a fast-growing startup, we'd love to hear from you.
As a UGC & Creator Outreach Specialist, your mission is to communicate directly with content creators. You will introduce our applications, explain our collaboration opportunities, answer their questions and negotiate partnerships according to our internal guidelines.
Your goal is to build strong relationships with creators and help them join our creator network.

• Contact creators through TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, email and other platforms.
• Introduce Synko and our applications professionally.
• Answer creators' questions about our collaboration programs.
• Negotiate collaboration terms within the provided guidelines.
• Build long-term relationships with creators.
• Follow up with creators until an agreement is reached.
• Register every interaction inside our internal CRM.
• Work closely with the sourcing and creator management teams.
• Contact qualified creators every day.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication.
• Explain collaboration opportunities clearly.
• Negotiate according to company guidelines.
• Follow up with creators who haven't replied.
• Keep the CRM updated after every conversation.
• Report any issues or opportunities to your manager.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment objectives.

You'll receive complete training, outreach scripts, negotiation guidelines and internal documentation before starting. No prior experience is required.
Top-performing team members may grow into Senior Outreach Specialist, Partnership Manager or Team Leader positions as Synko continues to expand.
This is a fully remote position. Daily communication takes place through Discord, WhatsApp and our internal Synko platform, where you'll manage your tasks, report your progress and collaborate with the rest of the team.
